What type of artificial (fake) flowers look the best?

My sister is getting married at a location that is about a 9 hour drive (no option to fly) and we do not want to deal with transporting real flowers since we already have to transport the cake!

What type of artificial (fake) flowers look the best?
You know to be honest with you, Silk/artificial Hydrangeas look very similar to real ones. I was surprised when I went to the florist to pick up some real ones and went to Michael's Craft Store and saw the ones they have. Michael's Craft Store if you can find one near you I would check out. Especially right now because they are having a 70% off all Spring flowers right now (I was there yesterday)... I don't know what her colors are but you could get like a few stems of White Hydrangeas and a few roses in her color and make some real pretty bouquets.
Reply:Fake flowers look lovely and most even look real if they are done well.. some people are just so rude. Silk would be the best to use.

Edit: Special K...She didn't ask for opinions on artificial flowers versus real flowers. She asked for opinions on which type of artifical flowers to use. Therefor your opinion to not use them at all was unecessary. Not everyone follows what they're mother says or "thinks". I've also talked to photographers who say they photograph very well. But you are right everyone has their own opinions.
Reply:None of them there are other options. Some people feel silk flowers are so tacky! Try to find a florsist in that area, you can send them a picture of what you want, or just transport them. I did about 7 hrs. Styrofoam coolers, I picked them up the day I left. They were fine, they lasted for 3 days after. Its worth it!
Reply:The fresh flowers in a cooler idea sounds like a nightmare because you'd have to coordinate the whole thing with the florist delivery. I like the silks at Jo-Ann Fabrics the best because they are quite realistic, the ones at Michael's tend to look fake to me.
Reply:Silk flowers would be the best way to go.
