i want to learn painting ,pottery ,artificial flower making like things is there any institution that teaches these?

there is chitrakala parishat in bangalore they give u a degree course in Fine art..
Karnataka Chitrakala Parishat
Established in 1960, it straightaway started conducting art exhibitions at both the State and National levels. An art school, named Chitrakala Vidyalaya, was added in 1964. Later, it became a college offering Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA). The Roerich College of Art is an integral part of the Parishath offering the B.F.A courses.

am not sure about artificial flowers.. i mean thats more of a self taught thing... its a craft so u can keep an eye out for workshops which might be conducted
